Founded in 2023 by John C. Maxwell certified leadership coach Jaye Anna Hill, Executive Clarity Solutions is dedicated to bringing out the best in leaders and teams through coaching, teaching, and facilitating group accountability sessions.

At Executive Clarity Solutions, we believe in the power of consistent reflection on what’s working and what could be done better. We believe in asking the questions that business leaders often fail to ask or intentionally avoid. We value doing the actual work of leadership-building, putting into practice what we learn together as our journey unfolds.

Our Founder

A John C. Maxwell certified leadership coach with a passion for transforming leaders into visionaries, Jaye Anna Hill has spent her life dedicated to fostering professional growth, leadership excellence, and organizational success. With an unwavering commitment to empowering individuals and teams, Jaye Anna brings a unique blend of expertise, insight, and empathy to every coaching partnership. Her focus is communication clarity, time management strategy, and talent acquisition and retention.

Jaye Anna has served in various executive roles, leading teams in information technology, cybersecurity, and risk management for premier financial services companies like Truist and MetLife. Along the way, she developed a deep appreciation for leaders and what makes them special.  Captivated by both the art and science of leadership–what each leader brings uniquely to the table along with developing their processes and thinking through continuous learning and reflection–led Jaye Anna to pursue a master’s degree in executive leadership from Liberty University and launch Executive Clarity Solutions.

Jaye Anna and her husband, Brian, reside in Nash County, North Carolina.

“I am driven by my passion to see others succeed while encouraging them to find the confidence to accomplish more than they believed was possible.”

About Our Logo

A spark shape, slightly tilted to the right.

The first element, the spark, speaks to our role as a catalyst for change. Leadership requires constant change and innovation, and our conversations often spark positive movement in organizations.

A lowercase letter "I', stylized to represent a candle.

The second element, the candle, represents service. Leaders must be vigilant in their service to others, especially those they must inspire by example each day.

A windmill shape, comprised of four leaf-like shapes. The negative space in the middle is a spark shape.

As any leader will tell you, life at the top isn’t always good, nor is it always easy. Our third element, the windmill, stands for the resilience that all leaders must have to ride the inevitable ups and downs of the business life cycle.

One leaf shape.

Finally, we have our leaf, symbolic of growth. That’s what it’s all about for us–helping leaders grow, and in turn, helping their organizations grow through people who are challenged, engaged, equipped, and fulfilling their highest potential.
